jouzu - skilled / very good
jouzu ja arimasen - not skilled / not very good
Grammar Notes
1. 'Gozaimasu' is added to make a formal greeting with
politeness.
2. 'Ne' is added in a sentence, meaning the speaker is
expecting the listener to agree with him. It works similar to 'Isn't it',
'don't you think' in English.
